At ChefSupplies.ca, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade culinary gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused kitchenware in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment to confirm it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
